The City of Angels witnessed widespread festivities after the Dodgers clinched a thrilling seven-match World Series title. Supporters worldwide joined local residents in jubilation, marking the first time in 25 years that a team has secured back-to-back championships.
Celebration Parade Draws Enormous Crowds
Los Angeles area celebrations featured a downtown parade on Monday morning, a ticketed rally at the team's home stadium, and impromptu gatherings throughout the city.
Social media videos depict countless of Los Angeles residents packing city center avenues, many displaying homemade signs and team flags. The squad was seen traveling proudly on a open-top bus through the masses, hoisting the Commissioner’s trophy high.
